As I see it, the traditional sales methodology is losing steam. Meanwhile, a new way of selling is taking shape slowly. This can largely be attributed to the new consumer behavior.
The forward-looking mentor has the ability to streamline the "good" of traditional methods into a framework of sales methodology that matches the new norm with experience and adaptability to the changing environment.
Mentorship is not an exact science, and the art of mentoring is not straightforward either. You must dedicate time and effort to building the required skills-set to become one.
